North Idaho for Children

Since I am a newer father, I wanted to find and post about a few fun things that might be of interest to the kids:

Silverwood theme park:
I loved the two large roller costers the last time I was there (I’m sure my boys will like them also). A large newer addition is a huge water park called “Boulder Beach.” It looks like they are adding a tall “drop tower” to their attractions. I can’t wait to take the kids there!

Wild Waters:
Another water park.

Triple Play:
A family entertainment center with bowling, minature golf, and an indoor water park known as Raptor Reef. Now the water fun can continue through the winter!

Skate Plaza:
What (big or small) kid doesn’t love roller skating?

Swim Lessons:
With so many water activities in the area, I want to make sure that my kids are proficient swimmers. The Ironwood Athletic Club offers lessons for all ages.

Additional Activities:
Ski resorts etc.
