- Silverwood doubles its size
- Sportsman’s Warehouse & Cabela’s (the author didn’t specifically mention Cabela’s but he did reference 2 major sports retailers and only named Sportsman’s Warehouse – hum . . . )
- The Coeur d’Alene Tribe’s $1.6 million dollar grant
- World’s largest allergen raw production facility – Biopol Laboratory
- LCF Amps – radio frequency amplifiers
- Riverstone Retail & Residential Development
- New Chamber Location (is this really a ‘wow’ enough item to be on this list??)
- Pleasant view estates Equine facility
- Kohl’s arrives in Coeur d’Alene (frankly, it’s about time)
- New Harley Dealership
- Post Falls first community bank opens
- Time Warner vs. Fox
- The spat at the Hayden Chamber of Commerce
